Full Name: “Sparky”
Age: Unknown. Presumed early 20s, behavior dictates
significant youth despite signs of significant age.
Affiliation: Sarkics / “Kanrisha” (presumed affiliation)
Status: According to most understood and recently uncovered documentation regarding their affiliation with the
Cascading Garden, this person of interest is currently alive and functional. Attempts to monitor this individual have all been met with harsh resistance, mostly due in part to their Most Recent Image Taken of Sparky connection regarding an old paganistic belief granting them certain adaptations.
- Unknown if said adaptations correlate with connections regarding Nälkän affiliation.
Related GOI’s: Curiously, despite thorough investigation on part of our expeditioners and compiled documentation on the phenomenon that is their existence, we were unable to find much mention or recorded snapshots of Sparky –throughout recorded history, oddly enough aside– yet that would all change following the uncovering and documentation of a recently practically destroyed GOI. The priorly unnamed, unrecorded underground Kiraak –it is now believed that this Kiraak was connected to an incident following Sparky and a religious movement, starting in the Appalachian Mountains back as far back in ██/██/████ and [DATA EXPUNGED] in the forests of [REDACTED]– yet, oddly enough, there does exist trace records that survived post the mangled Kiraak that have been in use in piecing together information regarding their existence.
Curiously as well, there does exist confirmation of their involvement and affiliation with the Cascading Garden per a few sightings and a sect article – which has been reviewed as a surprisingly comprehensive piece concerning their scattered history.
Description: Sparky was among a list of missing children and young folk that had disappeared in the Americas, following a then new and on the rise paganistic belief.
- It is believed that the fictional urban legend “creepypasta” of the [Slenderman, Operator, Tall Man], and [REDACTED] are representative of the paganistic belief. It is currently undecided on if the creation of such myth was involved in covering up the associated belief or not.
Due in large part to the nature of Sparky’s abduction, their early life is largely a mystery. It is unknown even whom they were born to, yet evidence suggests a largely Welsh ancestry. For the large part of what was their early years even into young adulthood, the only significant activity from them was the then common proxy behavior from those inducted into the belief, especially from such an early age. Yet, curiously enough, following the destruction of the prior-mentioned Kiraak near one such forest – Sparky had by all intents and purposes, re-emerged to the public world.
According to our analysts, sightings of “the Masked Stalker” (earliest nickname) became but further urban legend. Crapshoot posts, storyboards, and even the most infamous sighting that appeared in a post in a subreddit detailing a user’s distant encounter with “the Masked Stalker”.
- It should also be noted that there have been reports of this image and associated text appearing elsewhere, in such places like a 4chan thread and elsewhere on the web.
“It almost felt like a dream. A long, terrible, uncomfortable nightmare. That encounter with that fucking - thing in that dingy building. Trust me when I write this that there is the utmost seriousness in this warning I impart. If you find yourself to be in the regions of █████, ███ █████, █████████, or the far south; then please, separate yourself. Leave.
I faintly remember that awful, awful day–
wandering through that building, tired beyond my days and my vision warped; the figure before me in shrouded robe. My hands clammy, fingers shaky as I snapped the picture you now see before you. Absorb it. Fear it. Please.”
Following this, “the Masked Stalker” disappeared once more – any lasting mention of them since reduced to free coverup, through documented continuation of internet myth as a “Slender Proxy”. From what our expeditioners were able to confirm however, data sourced out from…China.
Curiously, from reports it was found that numerous attempts were made to traffic out or even simply “acquire” Sparky for various services, one attempt even detailing an attempt made by the Yakuza to [REDACTED] which resulted in a [DATA EXPUNGED], the only survivor reported in grainy security footage seen interacting with Sparky as ███ ███ ████ ███████ ███ █████, ████████ ██ ██ ███████ ███████ ████████. For about 10 years after what has henceforth been known as the [Re-Emergence Event II] –with the prior two of Sparky’s public appearances being denoted under [Emergence Event] and [Re-Emergence Event I]– Sparky was for all intents and understanding officially MIA; however, one of our expeditioners had managed a snapshot after a chance encounter at a restaurant.
- It is also impertinent to note that the photograph at the beginning of this document was found in the damaged SIM card of the cellular device belonging to a then-missing cryptozoologist. Whom somehow appeared to have stumbled upon [REDACTED] during a planned hiking outing in the woods of Southern ███ █████████. Degradation to the quality of the digital photograph is through a presumed interference relating to the paganistic belief.
Sharing similar qualities to the other displayed photographs of encounters with the then “Masked Neko” (current nickname), the image grain applied appears to be an effect of already predisposed relations to the paganistic belief.
From what is able to seen however, is an unusually passive demeanor, unusual given the prior proxy behavior displayed by the “Masked Neko”; this among other collected documents allows for a bettered understanding of the timeline regarding Sparky’s induction into Cascading Garden.
Following this, it is to be understood that a month before this snapshot, was sourced, the affiliated Yakuza involved with [REDACTED] had by all intents and purposes disappeared. The hired guns were found…indesposed, with ritualistic carvings appearing in the bodies of said mercenaries that weren’t brutalized beyond recognition, i.e, as recognizable cadavers.
Following Sparky being MIA, we confidently believe this is around her actual induction into the Cascading Garden –we also presume such time was taken due largely in part to the prior conflict with the Yakuza’s attempted [DATA EXPUNGED], thus Sparky’s ritualistic killing of the few hired Yakuza could be understood as reparations towards the sect– as this was around the [Re-Emergence Event IV], notably the most…inactive, of the Re-Emergence Events.
From what is understood of the appended documentation and all attached images that hadn’t degraded into accelerated generation loss, it seems that Sparky’s role in the Cascading Garden is something ever-changing; given her past, it is far from surprising that a change from the paganistic belief to Nälkä would result in something much like an empty slate. It is likely that Sparky has been systematically molded as something far more passive, educated compared to the usual proxy behavior displayed in the paganistic belief.
- Curiously, however, a significant change was found in Sparky’s transfer to the Cascading Garden in that all interference has seemed to all but cease. Exchanged for what seems to be Sparky’s primary role, categorization of and assorting of stories and tales shared between the sect.
It is unfortunate, though, that such a detailed note came at the cost of our own personnel; it seems that even the powers that be with the Cascading Garden couldn’t erase every remnant of Sparky’s proxy behavior, albeit, this appears to crop up largely in antisocial personality disorder tendencies, from what was seen.
