Karcists are spiritual leaders within Sarkicism who ensure the people in their sects follow their doctrine closely and answer directly only to the Klavigars and Ion. Currently, within the Ikuuna Canon, there are eight Karcists; below is a list of them.
- Ritarikunnan Ylevä Sovittelija (High Arbiter of the Order) - Karcist of The Order of the Red Dreams, the law upholders.
- Currently held by Aurcane.
- Jumaŋorok (Sky Butcher) - Karcist of the Vultures of the All Seeing, a division within the Hunter's Black Lodge.
- Currently held by Kiwikudzu.
- Halhatatlan Őrző (Immortal Guardian) - Karcist of the Halkost, the elite guarding regiment.
- Currently held by BaconPsychopath.
- Csúcsragadozó (Apex Predator) - Karcist of the Pale Trackers, a division within the Hunter's Black Lodge.
- Currently held by levitieie_newacount.
- Liha Kuju (Shape of Flesh) - Karcist of Adytum's Wake, the diplomatic wing of the Cult.
- Currently held by SinisterDoc.
- Punainen Harvesteri (The Harvester) - Karcist of the Church of the Red Harvest, the priestly sect that performs sacrifices and prayers.

- Suur Tietäjä (The Great Knower) - Karcist of the Solomonari, the lore-keepers.
