Affiliation: Independent/ Unaffiliated with any known GOI’s besides his own backwater TV station “Channel 3 News” in Santa Cruz, Philippines.

Status: Unfortunately, alive and healthy with seemingly no mental issues being reported from his last untimely visit.

Related GOIs: Related to a number of sects within the Sarkic Cults, some maintain positive relations while others loathe this person entirely. Even though he is loosely tied to multiple GOI’s, the one with the most contact with him is the Order Of The Cascading Garden.

Appearance: A rather bulky 5’5 male with an incredibly well-kept black pompadour and exaggerated oval glasses. He often wears a combination of a coat, white collar button-up and black tie with slacks or jeans and is often seen with a little white bird on his head, his bodyguard, Jerome, and an anomalous belt with the words “The Casino Is Calling…” It can change size according to the user's will but has no other abilities besides that.

Origins: Born to the “Millers” in 1988, he was born to a Caucasian family with roots belonging to the first colonists from Jamestown. He was an outstanding theater kid, quickly stating his wish to become a celebrity early in his childhood. His dedication to that wish was apparent in all activities, educational or otherwise. Eventually he graduated with average scores and grades, slowly but surely fading into the background as he entered his adult life where he would remain in a cycle of work and rest. Until he turned thirty. He had stumbled upon the creation of a Kiraak on his birthday trip in Japan, happily exploring the Aokigahara. He was immediately entranced by the mysterious events that transpired and became even further enamored by the existence of the Sarkic Cults due to the sighting of Cascading Garden member “Aria Cortez”. This discovery led him down a deep rabbit hole after returning to the United States, where he would fade into the background once again, re-appearing two years later with an entirely new identity, mannerisms and news station founded in the Philippines. It is currently unknown where or how he obtained such a drastic change in lifestyle, identity and wealth, but it is theorized that he pulled a few strings on his connections.

Abilities: His abilities and equipment so far show clear signs of guidance from the Solomonari or possibly other spellcasting GOI’s. As for abilities that have been seen, they shall be listed here:

Invisibility
Thaumaturgy (This ability allows him to produce harmless effects, such as projections of noises like a falcon cry, snuffing or intensifying flames for a short time of time, projecting his voice above the standard decibels of a shout and freshening up his hair.)
“Outfit” of Holding ( The pockets found in the coat and pants often contain furniture of varying sizes and shapes; however, they don’t seem to have any weight behind them until Ringo has physically let go of them.)
Jerome (An anomalous and quiet bodyguard that changes their appearance. They don’t do much else outside of being extra muscle for Ringo, but they have unwavering loyalty to them. How these two met is entirely unknown.)
Bird of Animation (An anomalous white bird that violently chirps inanimate objects to life, often under the command of Ringo himself. The animated objects are harmless but often serve as obstacles or additional staff in certain scenarios.)
Casino Belt (A cosmetic belt that can change its size according to the wearer’s will.)
Kinetoglyph Arsenal (A personal collection of Kinetoglyphs that grant him varying cosmetic effects upon completion, such as fireworks bursting behind him or a bright flash of light surging forth from his pompadour.)

Recent Activity: He has recently been appearing in a number of Kiraaks and often intruding in the midst of rituals or events no matter how minute, often conducting impromptu interviews (Some interviews contained extended consumption periods of spicy hot wings) or outright hosting weather reports within the Kiraak. However, he has shown a level of discipline and respect for certain sects if they play along with his antics, allowing him to garner information about the Sarkic Cults while exchanging his own information from other GOI’s that he’s unreasonably infiltrated.

Conclusion: An odd individual that is ultimately physically harmless but can become a threat if he ever decides to leak this information or actively sabotage the Sarkic Cults, with his abilities it would be an extremely easy task…but for now he is simply an anomaly we either enjoy or dread seeing.
