Echoes of the Flesh:Privacy policy

This page describes the deployed features of Echoes of the Flesh as reviewed on 5 October 2026. It covers this wiki; linked services have their own privacy policies.

Public contributions

Wiki pages, uploaded files, edit summaries, revision histories and public logs can be read by other visitors. Contributions made while signed in are normally attributed to the account name. Avoid putting private information in articles, edit summaries or uploads. Replacing text does not necessarily remove it from the revision history.

Accounts, email and preferences

The wiki uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session management and interface preferences. An email address supplied for an account supports confirmation, account recovery and enabled notifications. It is not displayed in ordinary article histories.

Email notifications and user-to-user email are enabled. Their options can be managed in preferences. Using Email this user can disclose your email address to the recipient through the message's reply address. Delivery also involves the configured email service.

Site operation and abuse prevention

Requests to the site expose technical information such as IP addresses and browser information to the server. The wiki uses AbuseFilter for abuse detection and CheckUser for authorized investigation of account activity; CheckUser login logging is enabled. Access to these tools is restricted by wiki permissions. These records are separate from ordinary public article histories. Page-view counters are also enabled.

This page does not promise a fixed deletion schedule for operational records or backups. For questions about information retained about an account, use the staff contact route below.

External services

Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-abuse challenges can send technical browser and connection information to Cloudflare. See the Turnstile privacy addendum and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Discord: the front-page member widget requests content from Discord when the page loads, including while its panel is collapsed. Discord profile integration is enabled, and configured wiki activity notifications can be sent to Discord. Information already made public in wiki activity may therefore also appear in the community's Discord. See Discord's privacy policy.
Linked sites and documents: following links to Roblox, externally hosted documents or other websites sends you to services governed by their own policies. Their handling of information is outside this wiki's control.

Questions and private information

Contact a wiki administrator or request a private staff contact in the community Discord for privacy questions or concerns about published personal information. Do not post sensitive details on a public talk page. Staff can assess a request using the wiki's available administration tools; this page does not guarantee a particular outcome.
